Project Name: IMEB3 Regenerative Braking Motor Assembly and Inspection End User: SNT MOTIV Main Components: PLLAB Motor Controller, HIOKI ST5520, KEYSIGHT LCR Meter, NI 8512 (CAN) Description: This project involves assembling regenerative braking motors for electric vehicles and inspecting various parameters such as cogging, friction, insulation, inductance, back EMF, torque, torque ripple, and noise/vibration. Based on these measurements, it determines whether the motor is a good product or defective. During the assembly and inspection process, all measurement data is saved in Excel format on each PC and then transmitted to the main servers MES database. The saved data can be reviewed to ensure defective products are not shipped. Furthermore, it enables tracing of where and why defects occur by analyzing the inspection results.

Project Name:HILS SYSTEM CORRECTION End User: Korean advance Equipment used: PXIe-1095, PXIe-8881 Contents: This is the work of modifying the HILS system to verify the integrated control system for electric composite propulsion ships. As the system verification method was changed from H/W Wiring to verification through Modbus communication, the communication connection, variable setting, and operation sequence required for verification were modified.
